This preserved surface building has been completely renovated in 2002 and transformed into a clothing store on the ground floor and to a small industry on the other floors.

For the repair of the building, all internal elements (floors, walls) were removed and a new frame made of reinforced concrete was constructed.

The facade of the building remained unchanged in accordance with the approval of the Archaeological Service.
